Dr. Phillips received both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She's interested in ophthalmology, surgery, and enjoys cooking and gardening in her free time. She currently lives in Andersonville with her 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 fiancé who says no more animals.
